Before Covid, this specific location was always on point. Fast, easy, inexpensive local seafood without any of the fuss. Sierra is an excellent waitress that focuses on details, and makes sure you get the best every time - I would go out of my way to call ahead of time to see if she was working, because I genuinely enjoyed her company, and also because that's how good she is. Now it's a hit or miss. The other night was a HUGE miss! I got a whole 2lb lobster with a side salad for pickup. The lobster was raw. When I say raw, I mean, so raw that when I finally got the claws open, both sides slid out, one was still goey from being raw. The tail was so raw that it was still the translucent gray with a translucent pink at the 'ribcage' of the lobster, and the claws shells were mostly black still. I had to deshell the entire thing - which is 10x harder when the shell isn't cooked properly, and then cook it myself. Once it was done, it tasted great, but this is a serious health code issue, and for the price I shouldn't have had to cook my own food after working 12 hours. Had I not known any better - I would have tried to eat the lobster, and could have become extremely ill. I called to let them know, but I have no idea if she told them or not. Just thought since this is a franchise, that the owner should know.

Red Lobster is probably my favorite restaurant chain! Biscuits, caesar salad, Ultimate Feast and key lime pie is my usual go to. This specific location is nice. Clean. Friendly. And food is always good. That's always been my experience. Not to mention, I've been coming here for years! Over 2 decades now 😁

Took my mom for her 75th birthday & they were amazing about getting us seated quickly & even brought her a special dessert with a candle as a surprise!! 🥰

I don't want to slam them. Our waiter was the bartender who was also the host. It was admirable how well he did under the circumstances. He got me the allergy worksheet so I could avoid my dairy allergy. Turns out I only have 4 choices. He suggested a skewer of grilled scallops. I was excited. And I could have the quinoa rice. The plating was non existent. They really could have tried a little in the kitchen. The crab cake and the brussel sprouts were great. Hopefully they can get staff soon.

All of the staff does wear face mask at all times and the tables are socially distanced. Also they seem to keep the tables & restrooms clean.
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
Unfortunately they do not.
