In the Woods has some really cool wooden items for sale. Some things are expensive but seem to be really high quality. Definitely stop in and check the place out.

I just called again, to request what was promised to me, and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I tried to call back, and now the line is busy.

The store becomes EXTREMELY busy, and employees need to use the phone to get approval codes for credit card payments. It's not unusual, at that time of year, to have lines going out the door. If your issue hasn't been resolved, I would try calling around 10:00 a.m.

I am interested in purchasing one of the birch birdhouses you offer. I live in Massachusetts and would like to know if you can ship this item. My daughter had purchased one several years ago and the birds have made good use of it.

As a former manager there (2014,) most items can be shipped, with the customer paying shipping, and a handling fee.
