First time to this location and truly the worse ihop I have ever been too. Took 40 minutes to get served burnt and I mean literally burnt hash browns and burnt ham. Their excuse was low staff. Wish I could upload a picture but will definitely post it on Facebook. So disappointed!!!

We went in Father's Day when we expected it to be crowded. So we waited over a 1/2 hr to be seated but we waited 45 mins. to an hour to be served after ordering. Food was good and the servers were running around. They servers were all very pleasant under pressure. But it took so long for the food to be served. Their chefs must be understaffed or poorly managed. I had a BLT and my wife had another sandwich. It shouldn't have taken so long.

Found hair in my food they took it off the bill asked if i wanted another one or something else. Who would want something else after finding hair in my food. I think the whole bill should have been free since it was just the 2 of us or something to make us come back again but nothing. Will not come back again

I go there a lot with my kids on Sundays but the last time this place took half hour for the food to come… My kids were starving as soon as I get the food I asked for the bill because I didn’t want to wait another half an hour… Moving on and looking for another place to have Brunch….
