I just moved in to this apartment 5 months ago and am really enjoying it. The apartment itself is beyond what I was looking for- with a huge kitchen, laundry room, and modern appliances. Whenever something breaks- I simply submit a ticket in the portal and the maintenance team comes the next morning, no questions asked! It is a dog friendly community and my neighbors are all so friendly! The first day I moved in, my neighbor dropped us off a bottle of wine. They have a gym on site open 24/7 that I haven’t ever seen too crowded. Parking is never an issue, even for visitors. Really enjoying my stay here and planning on renewing the lease next year. Maintenance at Avalon is also amazing, thanks to Ron, Steve, and John. Whenever I submit a ticket, they come within the day or the next day and don’t have questions about how I broke things and why- but instead are happy to help and show up with a smile. My AC broke yesterday on the 4th of July and we submitted a ticket at 5 PM, they showed up and fixed our AC within the hour on a holiday. They call you before they arrive to ensure it’s a convenient time and will schedule a different time if not.

I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Amenities barely function, they advertise a pool, but it won’t be open and they will steer you to their other properties’ amenities 45 minutes away in an insincere attempt to calm whoever is still left living here and paying obscene rent (25% increase this year 🙃) for no water pressure, hot water when you’re lucky in the shower, BUGS, kids playing in the parking lot, instead of having a proper playground, and overall lackadaisical management. Maintenance always gets 5 stars though. We’re here temporarily, but this place is not a home.

We've been living here for about a year and a half. A clean and tidy apartment. When faced with a problem, the management does its best to solve the problem. When there is a problem in the apartment, the maintenance team solves the problem as quickly as they can. We are happy to live here. Thanks Avalon Bloomingdale team

I must say when ever i have a issue in my Apartment Big or small its never a problem. The Maintenace staff guys are amazing . They go above and beyond to get the job done & communicate before and after job is done . Today i had a very small issue and Steve reached out to me and resolved it ASAP The Office Guys are also the best it is just a great place to call Home Thanks Again To All In the Bloomingdale Location
