Terrible customer service in shoes. Sales associate did everything she could to avoid helping customers. Needless to say we went elsewhere for our purchases.

I'm not very impressed with the Union Gap Macy's lately. My son and I usually shop in the men's, plus size women's, and housewares departments. The departments we frequent are becoming more sparse with merchandise and the items they do have aren't all that good. They recently moved the women's plus size department into the main store and it's horrible. Everything is all mixed together and theres no inspiration whatsoever. I'm done with that department unless they make some big changes. I gave it 3 stars because it is still Macy's and there's still some good items to be found if you're willing to really look for them.

Well, it's exactly what you'd expect. It's Macy's, lots of options and brands and a price to match. We came in for some male perfume, we went with the Mont Blanc Legend set. When you buy more than two items from Mont Blanc you get a free stadium blanket! Overall it was $102 for 4 designer items which wasn't a bad investment for us since it'll last. Sometimes shopping in-store will get you little wins like a free blanket!
