Went to the Amish market. It's the best. They have a variety of things to purchase. Especially food.

I went to the Market tonight to see what they have for Amish goods. The food is a little overpriced in certain sections compared to the Lancaster PA or Laurel MD stores. The meat department is good overall and their cuts are fairly priced. The bakery selection is good...but expensive. The pies, cakes, and fruit cake was double the price in other stores. I get the whole authentic aspect, however, some of the items looked dry or overbaked. The pasta salad was bland and the pickled beets tasted canned. I don't believe everything there is from scratch. I will shop there again, but only for select items. Judge for yourself.
