My wife was looking for a place to eat and happened upon Wayward Sandwiches and decided this is the place. We gathered her mother and headed. The ladies were immediately talking about how cute the palace was and soooo much wine! The people behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple sandwiches and were able to relax for a bit. Very pleasant place. The gals had the BLT which they say were terrific. I almost always have the Cuban/Cobano if it’s on the menu. This one was good but if I go back I’ll try something different. It would be nice if they had fountain drinks.

Breakfast at Wayward was more than delicious! Loved that I could get an eggs Benedict with gluten-free bread! Yum!

I'm so excited to have found this place. Fresh ingredients locally sourced, fabulously layered flavors that were unique. I can't wait to try more. Although the fries were not crispy and they were short, they were still tasty. They use iceberg lettuce too liberally but they do offer alternatives. I would say despite my two critiques this is definitely a place to stop and try.

All staff wear masks, sanitizer stations conveniently located throughout restaurant, tables 6 ft apart, outdoor dining, take out and curbside are encouraged, we follow the rules and require our guests to do the same. Hope this helps!

What type of oil do you fry in? I have a soy allergy. I already know to bring my own mayo, but do you make your own aoli, and what kind of oil do you use? Thanks so much. Can't wait to come by!

Hi Debbie, we use canola for the fryer oil and the aiolis. No soy.
