This was my first visit to Optometric Associates. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and professional, from Barbara and Coty in reception to Ashlee in the glasses department. They were kind and helpful. Regarding the actual exam, Dr. Heroth was thorough and attentive. I truly appreciate her upbeat attitude and clear explanations! It's reassuring to be seen by a Dr. who is both knowledgeable and caring and who clearly loves her job!

We are completely satisfied with the professional staff and office cleanliness. Really wonderful office. Great staff. SUper nice and calm. They made me feel safe and were good listeners. Wait times were minimal. I literally wish I had a reason to go again, it was that calming. My only complaint is that the glasses shop that operates out of their office doesn't accept my insurance. The office does, but not the glasses shop. That's a shame but where so many glasses retailers exist online, it's mostly just a big deal for people who need to try on their glasses to see how they look in person.

Dr. Heroth is one of the smartest, kindest, most pleasant optometrists I've ever met. She goes above and beyond for her patients to make sure they understand everything about their eyes, vision, and issues we face with age. I absolutely love how she treats patients like me. The practice is very lucky to have her!
