DO NOT MOVE HERE! In August the hot water burst in my kitchen while I was washing dishing and the hot water here is hotter than hot water used at Starbucks for a cup of tea. My cabinets have not been replaced and the light fixture in the kitchen flickers like a scene from a horror movie. I have put in numerous requests asking about the cabinets and til this day nothing.

The worst establishment I ever lived in . Nothing is never working my ceiling leaks repeatedly .blinds fell from window just from pulling them up. Don’t move here if you can afford better

Your better off living in a tent. Nothing works, nothing gets fixed. There is mold and all of the buildings are infested. I wish I knew before I signed a lease. The leasing office does not care about anything other then you giving them your money. Honestly go look somewhere else. If you have kids it’s not sanitary place for them.

Take your hard earned money and find a better place to stay. This is not it. -High turn over in the management office so don't expect to get to know anyone. -Leaks -Rodents -Poor security -Homeless people sleeping in buildings -Inadequate dumpsters so there is always trash on the grounds -Ceiling fan stopped working for weeks and randomly came back on at 3am.
