I recently had a few appointments here for a root scaling/planing cleaning, after not getting a cleaning for many years with a typical dentist/hygienist. The regular dentist quoted me $800 after insurance, whereas the clinic did this, and x-rays for just $45 flat. Admittedly I was very nervous initially considering the low price and it being students. However, I could not be more happy with my experience. The students and instructors were nothing but polite, friendly, and courteous. I appreciated that they really took their time, and listened to my concerns. After my cleaning procedure, I left pain free and very informed. After just a week, my teeth and gums look more amazing than I thought they ever could. I actually had a much better experience with SPC than I have at any dentists office, ever. I highly recommend getting your cleanings done here.

Shayna was my technician and she was excellent! Pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable - and she loves teeth! :-) I was overdue for my cleaning due to COVID, so I'm super happy with how wonderful my teeth feel! I'll be back in 6 months. :-)

I had such an incredible experience at the dental clinic, if I didn’t know it was a learning environment of students, I would have thought I was just in a regular dental office. The treatment was extremely thorough, and everything was explained to me throughout the appointment. My teeth got A+++ care! The appointment was just over 3 hours, and so worth it for the price, the attentiveness, and care I received. Kristina was amazing and although still a student, my favorite hygienist I’ve ever had!!! Could have fooled me. She really knows her stuff, is super professional, kind, and fun. Excellent place, can’t wait to return. Thanks Kristina and crew!!!

I gave this Clinic 5 stars because I had a wonderful experience here and my teeth feel clean and healthy afterwards. The deal is you pay $45 for a cleaning, X-rays and possibly a fluoride treatment and/or sealant. No additional costs. The catch is, it takes awhile. These are students in a learning environment, you are surrounded by 20 or so other patients also being worked on and the teacher is required to come by regularly to discuss learning points, check the patient's mouth, approve work and move on. If you have time and don't mind waiting, it is a great option for you. My appointment started at 9:00am and ended at 3:30pm with a lunch break in between. Most people span that across a few sessions but I was lucky enough to get it done in one day. Personally, I don't have insurance and I want to still take care of my teeth so I was beyond grateful to find something affordable. The clinic is super clean, up to date with tech and the students provide you with diligent care and attention--way more than other dental clinics I've been to! Get Kristina if you can!

They don't do extraction. They do cleaning, fluoride, sealant, and xray.
Do they do extractions i have wisdom tooth that needs to be pulled
Yes we do, we must clean precisely. The students grades depend on people who need a cleaning, the more deep of a cleaning needed the better the practice for that student! It is 30 dollars if you have x-rays from the past 3 years and it is 45 if you need x-rays to be done. Of course, the students have been practicing on multiple cases already, it is a 2 years education process, everything is over viewed by licensed hygienists.
Where's the question ❓ The dental hygiene school does a terrific job cleaning & providing full mouth X Rays and make suggestions. For a good deal on dental work call St. Pete Dental Clinic, Seminole. UF Dental students are overseen by experienced Dentists.
They provide dental exams, xrays, cleanings, and some sealants. However, they will refer you to dentists if you need fillings, extractions, and other work done.
SPC Dental doesn't do fillings or repairs. They'll do cleanings, x rays, sealants, and they'll refer you to a dentist if you need fillings or extractions.
9am to...not sure. Calling to schedule an appt would be best
