Horrible Customer Service ! I called to inquire about removing a snake and absolutely no explanation of the pricing and refused to answer any follow up questions. I do not recommend! People will have questions and as a business you should be more than willing to assist ! Horrible service !

My call was routed to Trapper Rob (Robert). He was so informative. He advised that the raccoon we called about would leave at night. Most companies would have just tried to make a buck and come out knowing the animal would leave. That wasn't the case with this company. He was very helpful and professional. He is an asset to this company! Call this company 1st as the other 2 I called before wanted to come out and charge us $300+ to trap and remove an animal that would leave on its own.

I had some Squirrels removed from the attic by Sterling and have to say they got the job done...these guys did a great job and I did not have to worry about getting bitten by a very aggressive mother squirrel who could have had rabies. They even cleaned up all the squirrel poop, and I have since referred them to a buddy with some major raccoon problems. If you need wildlife control give these guys a call!
