Most cases against HMO groups go thru binding Arbitration instead of going to a court and having a jury trial. You can check your HMO health insurance contract to see if there is an arbitration requirement. If so, you must promptly hire an attorney to request arbitration or, if required, demand arbitration. There are many deadlines and time limits that need to be confirmed, so hire an attorney immediately, or you could lose your rights t sue. I am not handling this type of case at this time. Good luck
