I work customer service myself and I can say from the experience I had today that all of their staff needs to be fired. You could tell who was management because they were doing the best they could and did a great job at it. The sand which artists and cashier were angry and extremely rude despite customers taking the time to say “hey, thanks. We appreciate you. You’re doing a great job.” The blonde girl this morning threw a fit about my food allergy and what they would need to do for them to meet that need, which resulted in me not ordering food so my kids could get their meal. Surely won’t be back, and I hope others don’t receive the same terrible service that about 10 people received today.

This the 2nd time I have visited this particular Subway and I really believe that most people forget that it is there, I know I do. Most people around here think that the 1 in Walmart is the closest store to us and of course it is not!! After saying all of that, it explains why I am usually the only person in line or even in the store!! That makes for an even better experience! My neighbor has gotten hooked on to their meatball sub sandwich, so I go and order and pick it up for her. It's a short jaunt up there and it's really not a problem at all. The 2 gals I've had on my visits were sweet and nice, knew what they were doing, so just in and out as fast as that!

I can't believe I am reviewing a Subway restaurant because the menu is all the same but this one stood out with cleanliness, staff friendliness (especially the old lady), space and efficiency. Subway is large. Ample seating space. Clean restrooms and very friendly staff. I am vegetarian and I didn't even have to ask for new gloves and they ensured that one person is not doing veggie and meat sub! I wish all subways are like this.

The manager kicked us out for asking for it to be turned. Then when we asked for the owners number she said she couldnt give it to us.
My wife has been served by him and said he was very nice and accurate with the order. It seems like you're always dealing with disgruntled employees at fast food restaurants.
