Can't get simple things right. Toyota told my wife her car was out of spec for alignment (without any proof and the car drove perfectly straight) but she took it in and had them perform the alignment anyway to be safe($140). After getting an alignment our car pulled to the right. We brought it back and told them it might be due to them rotating a newer tire with a little more tread to the front right (previously on the right rear) and if the alignment is in spec to put it in the back. Well the FOREMAN rotated it to the left front and said it was all good. Stating "drives straight on most roads". After picking it up the car now pulls to the left. No alignment print out either. I'm a 17 year master automotive technician and know that tread should be even on the drive wheels (front). I explained that to the service writer but she kept talking about how a newer tire should be on the front ( why?) But clearly the best at Toyota can't get this simple thing right for us. Even after me specifically telling them to put that tire in the rear if alignment checked out. Glad my wife has a great mechanic in her back pocket! 😅 Guess I'll just have to do it myself! Thanks again Toyota! See you for one more free oil change then never again.

I had a great experience with Harrison. He was very sincere, respectful with my pace, and not pushy at all. He explained everything clearly so that I could understand. There were no hidden fees, and the process was transparent. The car was pre-owned but very well maintained. The tires were all brand-new. I'm happy with my purchase. The finance manager Mark was helpful as well.

The on-line service reservation system let me pick a time but would only confirm an earlier time. When I arrived at the time I tried to select, the service intake person told me, undoubtedly correctly from their system, that my appointment was for the earlier time. He just told me to pull forward but then did not come back while taking others who came after a while and pulled in line behind me. Finally, I called to him and asked if I should come back. He left and came back with a piece of paper on which he'd written the service phone number and hours, and recited the hours they were open. I thanked him, told him I had that information and left. He could have just said earlier when I came in, "I'm sorry you had trouble with the reservation system, but we had you down for an earlier appointment. If you would like to wait, we can try to fit you in but it may take [x amount of time], or you can call for another appointment. Would you like the number to call?" That would still have been good service. But telling me my appointment was earlier and then essentially ignoring me makes me think I should switch to another dealer even though I have bought two cars from this dealer and have come here for service for many years. Update: I was never offered an Uber, not given a choice to wait, nor any assistance rescheduling. I was only given a piece of paper with the hours and service number to call to reschedule on my own.

Worst service ever I returned my lease and ask to use there Uber/lyft service to get back home. The guy was super rude and refused to help me with that. I was a customer up to 3 minutes before and because I returned and did n't take a different vehicle he said I'm nit a customer of Toyota. "thank you" but not really. If I ever thought of getting one it's not going to happen here

It's close on Sunday
I waited for couple hours for my last service 30k miles. But I also asked them to diagnose another issue. Depends on how busy they are.
