Poor customer service by one particular lady at the service counter, almost zero interest in work, got a very bad vibe. I don’t remember how did the ice cream taste :( such bad experience in shop!

I went in on 6/12/21 at 9:12 pm and ordered 3 banana royals and was helped by a rude employee that was not wearing a name tag. She was not wearing any gloves, and After making all three sundaes she stuck them on the counter, but had her coworker help other customers with them hovering over the open sundae. When asked if she could remake the one sundae that was on the counter due to sanitation reason she began to give quite a bit of attitude. She began slamming the ice cream cooler door after scooping the ice cream and was very rude when thanking her and tipping her for remaking them. Very unprofessional especially after giving her a large tip just for the inconvenience. All sundaes were also skimpy. I’ve been coming to this location for years with my family but after the experience and quality of the sundae itself definitely will not return to that location.
