When the room was booked, website clearly stated pet friendly with a $15 a night charge. The policy was changed with no notice to those with a reservation and we didn't find out until arrival. Room had holes in the wall.

Negative: The bathroom were musty dirty and full of rust the room smelled cigarettes looked was not freshened. The most dirty bathroom I have ever seen I asked the manager if I can have it cleaned and she said the housekeeper had gone Offered to clean they refused

Friendly,helpful staff. Clean rooms, reasonably priced, and near many food and shopping establishments. Also near king of Prussia, philadelphia, and Valley Forge. Look forward to staying again on next trip

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My room smelled like a combination of hot garbage, mildew, and rotting flesh. The vents on the air conditioner/heater were full of black mold and fungus, wallpaper was peeling off, carpets were heavily stained, towels and bedding had stains and people’s hair on them, and there were constantly bugs showing up on the walls and pillows. I ended up sleeping in my car that night. If that room was that bad I could only imagine what the other rooms were like. I think a tent in the back parking lot would be an improvement. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider this place.
