Great agents and a great Insurance company to do business with if you need Mexican tourist auto Insurance, they are the "Broker", not and actual "agent"... but they function just like your "normal" auto insurance agent from US.

Very efficient service on our Mexican Auto Policy.

I was waiting 4 days after they said they'd be there w/in the hour for someone to show up and look at my wrecked vehicle. Now 4 days after that I am still waiting to get a response from the results of the adjuster. They told me the next day or 2 days max. they'd tell me what is next. It's now 4 days and nothing. I need to get my vehicle fixed, or at least get that process started. Think twice before considering Lewis and Lewis.

Stay away from the lady who handles autos with Mexican registration plates...horrible. I had to finally cut her off and hang up. The "Lewis" guys are GREAT! This lady is giving them a bad name. Black eye

Hi Mr. Wessman, When you ordered your online at www.MexicanAutoInsurance.com your policy a PDF was available to print. At the same time the policy was emailed to you. This morning Jordan Lewis of our office reached out to you by telephone and afterword he emailed the policy to you again. The hard copy of the policy is being sent to you via USPS first class mail today. Have a great trip Mr. Wessman. Very truly yours, James Crane Lewis, Jr.(Jim)
The exclusive Lewis and Lewis Tourist Mexican Auto Insurance Program underwritten by Qualitas Compania de Seguros, S.A. de C.V. does NOT require you to keep USA insurance on your vehicle. For your vehicle to be legal it does need to have a valid license. Yours, Jim
Other Drivers: With your permission, any Tourist with a valid driver's license may drive the vehicle whether they are listed on the policy or not. If you should so choose, you may list the name of any Tourist possessing a valid driver's license as an operator of the insured vehicle. A Mexican National who is a permanent resident outside of Mexico with a Green Card is also considered a Tourist.
It is mandatory that all towed units are listed on the policy even if you only wish to cover them for liability.
