Make that a -5 star, the worst ever, disgusting. I was visiting from out of town, what a disgrace. My cream cheese bagel had some wierd brown thing in it, I was assuming it was burnt crud? Of some sort? i hope. I gave it back and said no thanks.

This used to be my local place to get coffee and donuts in Hughesville. Over the past few months, it has became evident that the staff and (I assume) management has changed. Wait times are now > 15 minutes for a simple coffee. As I sit here, a woman has been waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich. There are 9 people waiting for coffee/food in the waiting room, and the car line is wrapped around the building. The staff is not friendly and the experience is terrible. Sticking to McKay’s down the street for donuts and my coffee pot at home does a much better job than these guys. Ordered at 8:18 (2 coffees) and am leaving exactly 20 minutes later - 8:38!!! Unreal!!

Dunkin Donuts in Charlotte Hall is the absolute worst. They take forever and always without fail get your orders wrong. Nothing like taking a drink of coffee and getting a mouth full of coffee grounds. People screaming they want more money yet they can't even get simple things right. Not to mention that your minimal wait time is 20-30 mins. Tried calling to complain about the problem, but no one answers the phone. This place is horrible! I will make my own coffee from now on.
