Finally Surrendered

My experience this time around with this DMV was just average. The customer service person was not as willing to provide information that would solve the problem I was dealing with and it took me forever to finally resolve the issue. Flashbacks to the DMV of 10years ago

one of the worst d.m.v. u can find in so.cal.,.. most of the workers thre are rude, . just more than words can describe how unsatisfied i am each and every time for the past 6 years,.. if i have other options to pick,. never want to go back!!!!

QUARTER SAWN (QUARTER SAWN SHOP)

Make an appointment! If you do, you will be in and out in 20-45 minutes. If you absolutely have to make an emergency visit, then arrive at 7:00am (or earlier if possible). Anything after that... don't waste your time. Pretty typical DMV experience. There was a mix of helpful/positive people, and also a few disgruntled employees thrown in for fun. Needs a remodel, and more seating, but otherwise fine. They are also open on select Saturdays now. Check the schedule. Remember to check the website for all required documentation before you arrive. If in doubt...ask!
