Made a order through the app and I showed up on time but the pizza wasn't ready or even made. I had to wait another 15 minutes all over with four hungry kids waiting.

With the pizza portal it is quick and easy to pickup the pizza. We ordered online and started driving. Within the 15-20 minutes drive, it was ready and don't even need to talk to anybody to pickup the pizza.

Late or not, you have two hungry children wit ya & I'm sorry that this happened. I'd recommend going to the homestead & Scott Little Cesar's in santa clara.

The only problem that this occurs do orders and since you are going to pick up your pizza and employees do forgot them your order and you have to wait another 15 minutes more
