I've lived at Cambridge Court Apartments for almost 4 years and it's very nice here! It's kept up very nicely and the apartment is upgraded with beautiful amenities. The grounds are beautifully kept and the manager is very responsive. I would highly recommend it here!

Lived in a Spectrum property for nearly 20 years. Emergencies handled immediately. Maintenance handed within a reasonable time if not available same or next day. The community here is of mixed races, religions, familial status, etc. Fairness exhibited across the board.

Another blatant lie from Spectrum - interesting that they choose to respond to my review a year after they racially discriminated against me. I moved in to the apartment with a white woman who had resided in the apartment for 4 years. I was her 3rd Black roommate and we all applied when residing there and the landlord denied each application without checking credit even though she accepted or stole credit check fees. But the racist allowed the black roommates to stay and referred to us as “permanent guests”. Eventually my white roommate moved out but kept the apartment under her name. I continued to pay the FULL RENT through my white roommate for a year. Then, the landlord gave us problems after problems and eventually my roommate did not want her name on the lease. I then paid the full rent in a cashiers check from my own bank account - it was returned. I then informed Spectrum of my rights and that I would file a complaint for racial discrimination. They STOPPED accepting rent from for 3 months and I was then served with an unlawful detainer. Spectrum is a business ran by racists individuals and they will soon see me again in Federal Court for violating my Civil Rights.
