Short Beach in Smithtown across from the King's Park bluff area is a very quiet wonderful place I have been going to for many years. Nice for a walk, enjoy the views to Connecticut and is very serene and picturesque. Love it!

Most amazing place in Smithtown/kings park. They really did a great job on the beach and I'm so excited for The Inlet to open this summer. Let's get things back to normal!

Been going here since I was a teenager (I'm now in my late 30's) .everyone is friendly...some people bring their dogs .Sometimes you'll see a car or bike show in the parking lot...so you can either be social or if you need that therapeutic alone time to just unwind and watch the peaceful, beautiful water/sunrises/sunsets etc.... go to the upper parking lot where you will see everyone in the comfort of their own cars admiring such lovely views as well...

A very nice, quaint, quiet location to enjoy the view of the Long Island sound with pigeons geese and other visitors. Still not too many of either that would ruin your visit. In the summer it has a boat drop off. Major construction going on at a restaurant at that location right on the water. A very nice out-of-the-way place.

Town code enforcement locked the gates with my buddy's car parked inside. He had gone for a walk before sunset.
