If I could give zero stars I would. I saw the girl take out bags of trash and then come back inside without atleast rinsing her hands. Bag my food with an attitude and still give me paper towels as napkins.

Came into the drive thru and the women who spoke was so rude I couldn't believe it. She made me feel unwelcome like it was a hassle that I wanted to eat there. She told me they were out of most things and when I asked about one of the bowls an audible sigh could be heard. I will never come here again.

Good question, I would like to have the owners address this question. Or why it hasn't been cited at the least for cleanliness. I suppose it comes down to the bottom line of the cost.
I agree with you 100% it's beyond me that the owners/franchisees don't make the effort to keep them clean and updated. If the city inspector walked in I'm certain they would be red tagged. We haven't been back in months. I suspect they don't clean the cooking stations either. I should have taken photos of place and posted them, good grief!
I wouldn't trust ANYTHING from this KFC. Good advice to go elsewhere.
