I am VERY disappointed with how the delivery service is operated. I made it VERY CLEAR that I needed assistance with my packages to my house because I have one flight of stairs I could not manage on my own. The staff made it clear that the will bring my things to my door with no issues with the stairs. I did everything else my self and I needed them to just deliver it up the stairs when they arrived. They arrived a hour late and left everything down stairs. Now explain to what was the point of asking for this service if DO NOT ASSIST WITH THIS MATTER. I WOULD NOT --KEY WORD ---WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SERVICE TO NO ONE. I called the supermarket and they did not help with this matter and said they will just talk to the delivery man.

So this place. It's entirely my fault, I thought it was a supermarket. The name says food world. They don't have much anything else that isn't edible. It's literally in the name. They sold flowers for Valentine's day, so silly me I thought they would also sell vases. Nope! You can eat flowers, you can't eat a vase.... Food Worlds Valentine motto moving forward.
