This was my first time going to a dairy queen and I had heard good things in California since that's where I'm from but the service here was horrible. My sister and I went and I have never been there so there were these things called cheese balls or something like that and I asked the worker what they were and she said "I don't know! I'm new" and in my head I'm thinking I'm like okay, that's not an excuse, you can ask one of your other Co workers. So I didn't order them. Then my sister ordered after me. Meanwhile we were waiting for the food, I went to the restroom and they gave my sister her food 1st and she texted me, "I think they gave your food to somebody else" and she had already told I think the manager or the girl that was working there and it was an asian girl with dark hair and she didn't believe my sister, she waited for me to come out and tell her that they had given my food to somebody else and so when I came out, I told her and instead of apologizing or anything she just gave me attitude and remade my order. Then when it finally came out, she didn't even give me a bag with my food or say sorry or anything. She was just rude and so unprofessional . And they should teach their new employees about the menu because saying I don't know is unacceptable and rude!!

Ordered a pb parfait in the DT. Got to the window and my pb parfait had no fudge or peanuts on top. I asked about it and DT person said it was in the middle. I'm sorry but that's not how they are supposed to be made! No extra fudge and peanuts in the middle. When you pay over $6.00 you should get it how it is supposed to be made!!! Will rethink going to this location again.

The sign said a small Sunday was $2.79. when I placed my order they repeated back that would be $4.99. when I drove up to the window I asked why is it $4.99 when the sign says otherwise? And the worker said it's $4.99, and I said you should make sure your signs are accurate and he said that's not my job. So be prepared to be surprised by your bill and please examine it for accuracy. This is false advertising.

My mom loves DQ so we went to the downtown Eugene DQ for a hot dog. We went through the drive up then parked on the street to eat it. They forgot to cook/heat up the hot dog. It was refrigerator cold. We could have gone back but this drive up is difficult to get in and out of. The moral of the story is to check your food before leaving the drive up
