Saw this burger place as I was walking in Anaheim California. Decided to try it out! Glad I did. Burger tasty 🍔 and fresh to order. Little electronic gizmo lights up and blinks when your order is ready. Burgers are better than Jack in the box and Carl's Junior burgers that are the same price. I would definitely come back here!😃👍 The Staff were very nice and the burger was made quickly and with care. Bought the basic Charburger. It was very good. I had fancier burgers at other chains that were not this good. Five Guys quality at McDonald's prices!

This Habit has always been a reliable destination for us. Be aware that it is very near Disneyland so the crowds and busy-ness can vary wildly. The parking lot is also a bit weird but usually spots are available somewhere. The staff here have always gotten our order correct, food has been hot, and questions have gotten answered promptly. The only reason for the four star review is that other customers in the area tend to be a damper on the overall experience in this particular location.

I agree with Joe in his review that says ‘What can i say? They weren’t happy to take my order.’ It’s hard because it seems this is the new norm. Same experience for me. The employees look miserable. 😅 Aren’t they getting paid a gazillion dollars an hour now even though they just graduated from high school… 😳😂 all well - at least they got my order right this time. 🤷🏼♂️

Came in today due to craving the Habit, also wanted to use a coupon I had from a while ago. Cashier was very nice and professional. Manager then interrupted the cashier as I handed it to her and said I couldn’t use it due to being expired. I then told her there was no expiration date on it. She then followed up by yelling at me in front of other customers and told me no “we aren’t taking it”. The cashier then told me she was the GM of the store. Definitely needs some customer service training. Decided to come here out of all the places to get some food just to be told off and yelled at in front of other customers. Wouldn’t of been fine if she told me I wasn’t able to use it due to not accepting them. But being yelled at by a manager / the general manager was not on my to do list today. Very unprofessional management.
