The Inn at 28 is awesome. Very clean and inviting. Marlene serves an awesome breakfast. We were in town for a wedding, stayed an extra night for our anniversary and had other great people to have conversation with around the breakfast table. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I loved this owner-operated B&B. The rooms charmed us. Everything was clean, clean; breakfast was delicious. They care about quality and about people, and it shows. Cuba is a historic town with a shady, flat 1.5 mile walk along the Genesee Valley Greenway.

Fabulous Inn!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Best sleep in a hotel, ever! Top notch breakfasts. The owner takes pride in the inn and it shows. She will go out of her way to accommodate guests. We will stay here every time we're in the area.

Yes! We've hosted many dogs without issue, and will continue with no fees for them as long as that continues! We have chickens to provide the freshest eggs, so let us know if you think yours may be overly 'interested' in them and we'll leave them in for your stay. The Inn is on four acre property with lots of sidewalks for dog walks too! Best, marlene
Yes we do, and we LOVE it! We have an event planner on staff to take care of any detail you don't care to, along with staying at the inn. The Old Grey Hound, a pub on our grounds will be opening soon and we plan to host events there as well. Thank you for your question!
