Truly a gem. This park is about 15 mins from Lake George but without the touristy crowds. We were able to get a site right by the lake and the sunsets are incredible. You can rent a canoe or kayak for the entire day for $20 which is a great deal. Actually caught a couple of sunfish but I've heard there maybe some lake trout if you go deep. Showers are individual stalls with good pressure and hot water. So far I've been very pleased with NY state park campgrounds this year.

Really nice campground with large, secluded sites (especially #11!). Some of the smaller bathrooms are pretty gross, but if you go to the bathrooms with the showers they're very clean. Great location, we visited Lake Geroge and the Great Escape during our stay and both rides were very short. Not all sites have cooking grates on fires but if you can find one in another vacant site they're movable.

This campground and surrounding areas are beautiful, they offer a great Adirondack camping experience.
Only Sprint once you get past the check in point.
No electricity, water and bathrooms
You have to go to the New York State Campground Website for the availability & the cost per night.
No idea. I didn't see any. Call the park. They're super friendly and helpful.
