Austin is always the one to call. Today he proceeds to tell me that I’m 52 days late. Even after I pull up the email that shows I paid he tells me I’m wrong. That he’s not sure why we’ve had problems with the account, they seem to loose our insurance info too then expect us to pay for their insurance. I’ve had my agent call them multiple times. So after Austin puts me on hold he comes back to say their system had a glitch and they’re back dating payments. Main thing is with working in customer service the customer might not always be right but you don’t flat out say that to them. In the end Austin was wrong, I also have a car loan with Linn Co and they’re way better to work with. Never recommend being a customer with this bank

I've had countless issues with this bank when travelling. Consistently get locked out of my account and have dealt with a blocked card more times than I should ever have to. Most recently a family members card stopped working and receives an error code anytime it is used. The best answer we've gotten from an employee is to wait until after midnight and see if it "resets". I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone who travels or uses their card often.

Our family has had nothing but problems at this bank since we moved here. It took them three weeks to give us online access because they set up our accounts improperly to begin with, then we were treated with nothing but disdain and contempt every time we went inside. We thought we would try the drive-thru but they are continually rude there as well and constantly ask for our password through the loud speakers so everyone in the parking lot can hear. How is that secure??? We finally decided to end our relationship with this CWCCU when we had to problems with charges on one of our debit visa cards. They refused to file a claim on our behalf claiming it was Visa rules. That's a lie. We still have our accounts at our old bank and the rules have not changed in more than two years. After we left the bank we received a nasty phone call from Sarah in the admin office telling us that we would never get our money back and not to bother with trying to file a visa claim again. That was the aha moment when we realized our money would never be safe here. Just so you know, we have over $80,000 in this bank in our combined accounts, so it's not like we weren't significant customers. Some banks treat you poorly because you don't have much money and they don't care if they lose you as a customer, but this bank just generally treats everyone like garbage. We've tried the other two branches and they are just as nasty. We're already getting our money out of this nightmare.

Yes the lobby is open 9am-6pm on week days and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
I think it is number one... But there main office is out by lbcc
The app sucks, I've gone in the bank 3 different times to get it figured out, with no results, I give their app F-. I wish they would fix it, sure would make life easier. Actually considered moving banks because of it. We need the app to work.
