First time going definitely the last time. I don’t live around here I was I introduced to it because of my partner. As soon as I got there it looked more than a fruit store than a yogurt place. Flies on the tougher dripping onto the floor and not even a care in the world to make the place look at least clean. My partner drop the cup ( no yogurt in the cup just a little bit of liquid) and there wasn’t even a trash can to throw it out so I ask the old man where it was and gave me attitude for the cup dripping. I would not recommend it

Horrible dirty place... I should’ve known not to buy here when I walked in just by looking at various fruits etc being sold here and the machines being dirty. The frozen yogurts has gone bad and tasted fermented and the owner refused to believe this was true even after tasting it !!!! They looked like no one even bothered to clean the machines or the nozzles basically the entire area for quite a while. All the bottom containers were full to the max with melted yogurt causing fruit flies to be everywhere. Me and my nephew went anyways and figured it would be okay. Just to be specific I got pistachio and chocolate my nephew got watermelon pistachio and dulce de leche. We got some toppings and went on our way. Not even a few steps outside and my nephew tells me it tastes weird. I taste it and it has a fermented taste to it. I tried another flavor.. also the same both pistachio and dulce de leche tasted past due. It was gross.. chocolate and watermelon was fine. We went back and I explained this to the owner He denied anything could be wrong. He tasted both and said it tasted sweet and it was so good and organic. Even after tasting it he found nothing wrong then when I insisted there was something wrong with the two (because the chocolate and watermelon tasted great) he got extremely defensive I was being very nice because it’s understood and just whatever we could just get more of the one that is good. He got rude. He explained how this was a new shipment and he spent $11,000 for this and it was great and kept saying it was organic. I again told him it wasn’t all of them just those and of those two were bad then maybe a few others were bad too. And forget it he wasn’t having it. His precious organic $11,000 frozen yogurt could never go bad. Anywho I saw he wasn’t going to be any help and I was in no mood to keep discussing it. No refund, no replacement of the two that were bad as he tasted them and found nothing wrong with the flavor. So I said okay... and walked out he said sorry in a tone that meant yea I can’t do anything for you lady my stuff is great. I had two bites of my chocolate yogurt and tried to take off as much as I could off my nephew and we vowed to never go to this place again and pay attention to our surroundings more before buying things. Horrible dirty and just plain rude customer service.

Awesome place to hang out. You can literally come here with anyone it’s awesome. Staff is really nice and respectful. And did I mention that the frozen yogurt is amazing. It has all different kinds of toppings and all different kinds of flavors, and it’s a reasonable price. It’s located in a nice spot that’s accessible and near trains and buses.

I’ve had great experiences here. My kids and I love it. They have great prices and they have a good variety of flavors of frozen yogurt as well as many toppings to choose from. They have from chopped fruits to candies like gummy bears to chopped nuts and much more. They also have little tables and seats to sit and have your frozen yogurt. I definitely recommend this place.
