This is probably my 2nd time in Zara ever and I must say it's everything. This store is super clean and pleasant to look at. I loved all the array of colorful clothing and the quality as well. This store is super organized which I LOVED. I will be visiting again soon!

Please stop hiring children to run your stores. I had return inquiry with the manager who basically shrugged off my issue and told me to call customer service but provided no number or instruction. When I asked for her name, I was told she didn’t need to give me her name and walked off. The cashier was nice enough to provide next steps. why does Zara NOT have a system to locate receipts via credit card. BETTER why not just scan the picture of the receipt? Instead of treating customers like we’re all scammers? Terrible customer service all around- im spending my money elsewhere.

This is by far the WORST ZARA KNOWN!!! Look at the line!!!! It’s back to the door. It’s always like this no matter what time of day you visit the store. The store manager has no sense of urgency and tells customers that they line will always be like this because people want to shop here. It’s absolutely disgusting!!!! They wouldn’t do this in white neighborhoods or the city where other locations are but they do this in a African American area. This is horrible and we need to stop supporting this. Mariana and Victoria are the worse as well!!!! No sense of urgency for anything or tries to help. I stood in line to make a purchase for an hour!!!! A whole hour!!!!

This store often seems it gets busier than it can handle. Whenever it is busy the line is literally to the door and you can expect to wait a half hour. Some associates are nicer than others. I’d say overall this store is good but there is room for improvement.
