Need to have guards on buses or someone on the bus rideing in the back so they can check and make sure people are actually wearing masks and not pulling them down or have them in there mouth and not there nose. Alot of the time your bus drivers don't pay attention and people get one with out masks

My son loves busses so I take him here for a treat. The security folks are always helpful as well as the customer service staff. The drivers are so kind and a few know my son by name. So that's fun for him.

Most likely because they have to follow Company rules telling them at what temperature drivers are allowed to use the AC. The AC puts extra drag on the motor and causes more fuel consumption.
I actually haven't used their facilities? I would contact the customer service with that question.
By "they" do you mean the drivers? I've always found LTD drivers very helpful if I have a question. Beyond that though, prices are posted online, at the stations, at many stops and in their periodicals. I guess it's logical to assume that if you know your route information and are using the service you would also know the price. But again, if you have a question ask. I've never had an LTD employee get upset at me for asking a question.

That's not actually a question. LTD leaves a lot to be desired but it's free, so if you don't like it, find another way to go.

Just Google "ridesource". You can sign up through the website. You can also call +15416825566 If you have OHP and at least 3 reoccurring medical appointments for the month, you can either get the taxi service or a monthly bus pass.
