I will start with a positive, the food was good! I typically don't like to be negative and I understand staff shortages these days however after being approached by a member of wait staff whose first words were im not sure if your my table, followed by silence for the next 20 minutes, not even a water I asked if anyone was waiting on or table. Eventually young man whose other tables were across the way came over, we ordered straight away and waited an hour for food, again it was very good but I never got my side salad which comes with the dish I ordered. We finished and eventually got the bill and after waiting 15 minutes i approached the bar area to see if i could pay and or waiter was behind the bar and started he thought he had checked us out already....

On Saturday night we waited over 20 minutes at a table for water and to place an order. We received our appetizer 60 minutes later. Delicious. But after waiting another 90 minutes for our dinners to arrive we left hungry and very disappointed. Never was there an apology about the service or any kind of an offer to ensure a return visit. Very very poor customer service.

Walked in to the restaurant. Young man at the front looks at me and walks away without a greeting or anything. He goes to talk to two coworkers in the corner for what must have been 10 minutes, occasionally glancing at me at the front, as my pickup order sat in front of me getting cold. Horrible service. He acted like I wasn’t there. It wasn’t until the bartender directed him to help me did he come to the front and ask if I needed help. I just wanted to pick up my food. Will never return

We were on our way home from vacation and stopped in for lunch. This was my first time and my wife's second. Her first experience was outstanding and she was very excited for us to stop by. Typically, I don't like to leave negative reviews. You can see that throughout my other posts. Sometimes though I have to be honest with my experience. I understand it was a bit busy but even for pandemics the service was painfully slow. I appreciate that. The bartender was trying to be pleasant about it but when other people got their food before ours I couldn't help but feel frustrated. Our drinks sat empty for quite a bit, which wouldn't have been a problem but we were sitting at the bar. I would have mentioned it to the bartender but she seemed like she had other things going on inside the restaurant. Our food was pretty good, arrived hot and the taste was fine. We may try this place again someday, but we're not going out of our way.
