Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. So far, we've waited 45 for a chicken sandwich and still haven't gotten it as I'm writing this review. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and kept apologizing but the girl making the blizzards.......oh boy! This poor girl that ordered after us got the wrong stuff and the girl making the blizzard continued to argue with her and tell her she was wrong. If she worked for me, I would fire her on the spot! I will continue to drive to granger where they actually know what they are doing. Stateline is horrible!

Arrived just before closing and there was a huge line in the drive thru. These workers would be completing orders well past closing. Witnessed a rude customer getting angry in the drive thru in front of me. The workers were lovely and doing their best.

Waited 1 hour and 19 minutes just to place our order. I asked if in the future there’s a faster method. Cashier said “nothing we can do about it. It takes that long to make food.” Wait, what?! Are you slaughtering the chickens and churning ice cream out back? Then, our order is incorrect. Cashier argued about what we ordered. Then charged for the correct items. From time we entered the drive through line in the parking lot to time we got our food was 89 minutes.

The staff was friendly and actually quite fast, I know they have had staffing issues in the recent past and weren't able to provide grill items. They seem to have gotten this figured out as they had a full staff and full menu available. With a family of 5 we ordered 4 of the $7 3 piece chicken meals and 1 of the $6 cheese burger meal deals. Order was correct and food was hot and delicious. We visit this location often and will be returning... Just an update... We have gone back and still friendly and fast service. :)

Most locations do. Some do not participate. This one in particular does asvertise they're carrying it now
