Out of all of the Brown's shoe stores that I've been to (Topeka, Manhattan, Nebraska City), Brown's Shoe Fit in Lawrence is the best. It definitely beats any discount store. The staff provides excellent service - courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. The inventory is large and varied - high quality products. Brown's Shoe Fit is everything you won't find at a discount store. I highly recommend shopping here for your shoes.

This is a great place to buy shoes and socks! The people are always helpful and they also seem to have little bits of information to share that truly make a difference. (I never knew that there is a proper way to put on sandals that ensures a good fit each time.) The selection is extensive and the prices are reasonable for good quality footwear. I highly recommend Brown's to everyone who wears shoes.
