Our dog got off her leash as we were walking her and got spooked and ran. We looked for her for days. We found out she was at gcao and set up a time to come and get her. Our dog was well taken care of and happy to see us. Thank you gcao for a great service to the community!!

Adopted my dog and cat from here last year and this year. Staff was very informative on vaccinations, microchips and spay/neuters. Great prices for all the stuff that they come with! Thank you grant county animal outreach for my two sweet babies. They are both doing great!!

I don't understand why people are getting the idea that the employees don't care about the animals! My boyfriend I go to the animal shelter quite a bit to love and visit the animals. Everytime we go there we always see them caring and loving the animals! They don't treat them like strangers either, one employee was telling us about the Cat, Snowy, as if she was one of his own! I love going there and all the animals are definitely cared for. They highly encourage people to come to the shelter even if they're not adopting because they know that animals need love. I highly suggest visiting this place because they will make sure you feel welcomed!

I was so happy with GCAO keeping me updated on Fluffers availability. Thank you for taking such good care of my new baby!

both pups I got from there in past years have died!!!! They had no reason to take him to that humane society
I would call animal control or your local veterinarian. 🙂
We do not.
They are currently full on dogs and will not accept them at this time. When they aren't full, the other answer is correct.
I offered just for the price of 2 female cats & a male dog to be fixed. I have to live in Grant county, not Lincoln for Vet services. I could of fit 6-7 cages in my outback too! Their loss
You are welcome to post it on our facebook site.
They occasionally get rodents but not very often. I would recommend calling to see if they have any. Most likely they will not.
Contact Hands & Paws in Ephrata, the can probably help.
I believe they will. Last time I visited, they were pretty full with cats. Call them directly before going out there. May I ask what clorors?
Yes we did, due to COVID-19 we had to shorten our hours. We do offer appointments Monday through Wednesday between 12 & 4. Give us a call and we can help you out!
The facility is closed to the public but we are still here operating for appointments and caring for the animals. The staff at GCAO is on site everyday to care for these babies.
Yes
It is a no kill shelter 🙂
We do not have Veterinarians onsite and thus are not able to do in-house spays and neuters. However we have been able to orchestrate offsite events or clinics in which veterinarians and assistants are able to volunteer some time or resources to help the community. Depending on the available resources, it can be anywhere from $10-$60 but openings fill very quickly.
We do not do the for the public. You will need to contact your vet.
They will definitly take her but there is a small fee of 20$ i believe But that is nothing compared to the love and attenttion they will give her everyday
My own dog died from old her name is Tippy n my name is Veronica
