Lucky to find this spot! After searching a few months for a great treadmill at a good price ,I came across this place on Google. I made time to go visit the place and found a whole lot of selection . Jeffrey attended and helped me with any questions.He gave me space to shop at my own pace ,spend pictures to my wife and even look up reviews on treadmill that they had. After finally choosing the proper equipment I wanted Jeffrey gave me a coupon to get another piece of equipment for free. Paid with no hidden fees and he loaded up my truck quick. 3 year warranty will definitely come in handy. Nice to see young great customer service at its best. Will definitely shop here again.

I found new life cardio & purchased the Nordic 2450, the newest model. Jefrey had the best customer service & work ethic! I wanted my treadmill fast and he got me a delivery the next day !! Amazing efforts, we had a damaged part he also got the white glove service to come and fix for me next day. The tech Al & Tony were very careful on moving it to my office and I couldn’t be happier with my treadmill. We will be going back to him for more equipment, I would recommend this company and specifically Jefrey!

Just purchased the Proform Rebound Pro 5000 treadmill today with the help of Jeffrey. Great selection of cardio machines and friendly staff. Jeffrey, was very welcoming and helpful when we came into the store. He walked us through the specs and differences between a few machines we liked and warranties. Great service and deal with Jeffrey!

At the end of he day (err, ~month), I have a terrific piece of equipment at a great price. I felt comfortable ordering from New Life only after reading all the glowing reviews about their customer service when things didn't go well, and true to form, the folks at New Life were kind and helpful the few times I talked with them on the phone. That said, a few things to note that aren't a huge deal in the big picture but were frustrating in the moment: Their website states that "customers will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number, once the order has shipped," but I did not (and yes, I checked my "junk" folder too); I ended up having to contact them about 10 days after I ordered to see whether my order had even shipped yet. I started by emailing the "help" email address on their webpage, and every email attempt resulted in an autoreply stating that they don't accept emails from my email address (huh?). So I tried the live chat feature on their website, which indicated that someone was online waiting to chat with me, but it turned out I was chatting with myself and waiting for a reply that would never come. Finding it impossible to reach them after taking the time to write emails and chat messages, I gave them an old-fashioned phone call, and was able to promptly get the missing shipping confirmation and tracking number. I was happy to see that shipping had occurred on the promised timeline (it had been shipped the next biasness day after I ordered). The website states that "estimated transit time" for shipping equipment is "5-12 business days," which is an estimate, but nonetheless in my case the equipment didn't arrive until the 17th business day. The equipment itself is as expected, but it didn't include any of the additional items that come in a new box (e.g., owner's manual, iFit membership, heart rate monitor), none of which is a big deal to me (just saying FYI to set realistic expectations). In the end, I was able to get a like-new commercial-grade treadmill for about the same price as the much lower quality one that my wife had been eyeing. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option, but feel that something should be taken off for the issues described above; hence, the 4 stars. Regardless, I would not hesitate to order from New Life again.
