Nice community thats professionally ran. Quiet , clean, well maintained grounds- dog friendly!Big clean laundry rooms. Recently started accepting section 8 tenants but no problems. Kantis is a great property manager.

No idea why they raise the rent on good tenants a whole 10% to renew their lease...don't they want good tenants to stay? One would think so. :(

I have lived in this complex for a year now and it's great. Very quiet and peaceful. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious and nice. The management does a great job of keeping the area clean and the landscape beautiful. The laundry room is big and very accomodating considering all of the units. Alexis, the office manager is wonderful. She is super nice and kind, always helpful and attentive to your requests.
