I had a very bad experience here. Brought my car in at 7:50am for an 8am appointment for an oil change and inspection. I parked my car in the service drive and walked into the service office. There was about 6-8 people in there and no one even looked at me or greeted me. I stood there for a minute until someone told me to go sit back in my car and someone would come out to me. How was I supposed to know I should sit in my car? I did not see any signs saying that. After that they told me my car would be ready around noon and offered me a shuttle so I could get to work. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour and twenty minutes, and ended up late for work. I then received a call at 10:28am saying that in order to pass my inspection I need new wiper blades, and that I was still on track to have my car ready by noon. I waited for a phone call to tell me my car was ready for pickup until 2:30pm. They never called, so I called them to see how much longer it would be. They put me on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on me. At this point I had no way to get home to let my dog out, so I had to borrow a coworkers car to rush home and come back to work. Finally at 3:45 I get a text message saying my car is done. Never offered me a shuttle back to get my car, never called me. Nothing. So, I had to have another coworker give me a ride back to the dealership to get my car. After paying for service I left, only to get home and notice that they never punched the month on my inspection sticker. Almost 8 hours for an oil change and inspection. Awful experience.

I had the absolute best experience working with Greg and Mariah at Northtown! They were so helpful and kind and made my car buying experience so easy during a very difficult time. I’ve never had buying a car go so smoothly before and because of my experience with them I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much Northtown!!!

Buying my new car was a very pleasant experience. When I came in to shop, Will Zelinski met me in sales with a warm smile. We talked about a used car vs a new car. I was grateful for his advice as I don't have family nearby to consult. He helped me chose a new Prius and put it on hold. When the car came in he went over it with me and arranged for heated seats and a remote starter. He made everything easy for me. Today I picked up my shiny new car. Will went over all the features and linked the car to my phone. The car pick-up process with Will and Mark helping me and explaining everything so clearly made it a very smooth and speedy morning. This is my fifth car purchase from Northtown. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you also to Mr. Hurley for looking out for an old lady.

Will Z is THE BEST! He’s great at his job, easy to work with and always takes great care of us. We have returned to Northtown to purchase 3 consecutive vehicles from him and every time we leave saying WILL IS THE MAN!
