Left the gym stressed because I had to get a POA notarized, scanned, and overnighted across the US. The manager there was the person that assisted me and she did an excellent job and made sure everything was done correctly! My stress went from 7 to 2 knowing that all the admin requirements were completed!!

My son and I have had a mailbox at this location for a couple years now. The employees greet you and make you feel like you are important to them. Whenever I have called to check on availability of their 24 hour package pickup the staff is always quick to know if it is available which makes it even more convenient. The service is always quick and professional and if they are extremely busy, they constantly acknowledge the people standing in line so they know that they are important and not just crowding their space. Even if we moved from our current living location to one farther away, I would not switch UPS stores as this one is top notch. Special shout out to the Owner and manager for making each trip here a good one.

Went in today and was greeted by a few people but I was helped out by Richie who was very, very, very rude. I asked a question about boxes and was answered flippantly, so I stopped asking questions. We had two packages to ship going to two different locations so I assumed there would be two transactions, my fault for assuming but I didn't want to ask another question to have Richie be rude again. When giving the addresses he was incredibly short with what he wanted and both my wife and I felt like an incredible inconvenience to him. I will not be going back
