I would never recommend this place to anyone. The food was good but the poor service completely outweighed this. We first waited over 45 minutes for a drink and then another hour for our appetizers. Then overall, we waited over two hours to be told they were out of what we had ordered. Very unprofessional by passing the blame onto others, no one took responsibility and this restaurant should be embarrassed. My boyfriend and I are both 21 and they referred to us as kids when talking about us in the kitchen to the manger. We felt completely ignored and disrespected because of our age. They comped us for our appetizers and drinks but that’s the least they could’ve done. Do not recommend.

We have had brunch at Club 31 several comes I n tbe pay 6 weeks. Service is great, decor first rate and it offers two porches for outdoor seating. The food for brunch is very well prepared; the only reason I have not awarded five stars is the rather limited menu. Thay said there had never been a disappointing meal. Brunch for two runs about $40 with coffee and no alcohol. (Bloody Mary and Bellini are brunch specials)

Cozy ....food was wonderful enjoyed it totally no complaints. Appetizer crab cake delightful and the filet was seasoned so GoOd with Gorgonzola cheese and grilled veggys melted in my mouth. Wife enjoyed her Chick Parm with side of a spaghetti... way to much for her.

Great place for a night out. The live band was fantastic and our server Brian made sure we had the best attention. The place is nicely decorated. I enjoyed the Proseco and the Moscato. We had créeme brûlée and chocolate cake, they were really good. The menu is complete but expensive, although the quality shows. They called the shuttle for us and the wifi is fast. I would gladly come back again.

Hello, We provide shuttle service to evening events at Shea's, Kleinhans Music Hall, Kavinoky Theatre, and sometimes KeyBank Center. The shuttle is complimentary with your dinner reservations. We highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle, since parking is free at our restaurant (we have over 100 spaces) and you won't have to worry about the rain or snow. Contrary to comments by other posters, we're located in an up-and-coming neighborhood and we're a couple blocks from the Westin Buffalo, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn.
Yep

Yes
Donna, We don't have a gluten free menu, however we have gluten free substitutes for many of our menu items. The Milanese-style preparation always has breading, but we could do chicken piccata for you instead.
