Alissa is amazing, professional and attentive!! I live over an hour away. I called this store because, my friend was in need of 4 more specific picture frames. As centerpieces for her future bridal shower. Sold out everywhere else. Alissa took the time to dig through new inventory, the following morning and succeeded! Made my day and a happy bride to be. I would love to give this store five stars because the selection is good and the prices are great. But they lose two stars because the aisles are usually blocked with carts of new merchandise and the LINES. Omg. So this is a random Wednesday afternoon in September. School is underway, the holidays are still a couple months out, but the line is still literally halfway to the back of the store. And this is pretty much how it always is. The line moves quickly but I’m still looking at a 20+ minute wait to make a return. There’s no separate/dedicated return spot, which is super annoying.
