I found 5 1bd apartments on realtor.com app (good reviews on Google Play Store) yesterday evening, from 2 of the 5 they have told me they don't have availability at the moment. For one of the 2, I spoke with Andrea from Jamestown Square Apartments; when I asked if they posted directly on realtor.com she told me "Well it is done through a 3rd party but the office always requires to keep posting regardless of the availability". There you have it, acknowledged by their representative herself. I told her: "That is really dishonest and deceptive". They have to change how real estate business is advertised (and probably done) altogether. If they don't, I just hope Elon Musk comes up with his autonomous homes business spread out faster and squeezes all this cr*ppy, traditional real estate business down to the grave.

Jamestown Square is nice. Ana is very kind and helpful. I just moved in and it’s basically a new apartment. I believe the old tenants were here for a while so everything is new, pretty much. Seems fairly quiet. The grounds seem to be kept up pretty well too. I’d recommend. I thought it’d be difficult to find a nice spot in NJ that was affordable for me but I think living in Jamestown Square will be a good experience. I think I made the right choice.

Look no further in your search...This is the BEST place to call home hands down!! I moved to Jamestown Square in Blackwood, NJ a year ago. From the beginning you’ll be greeted by the wonderful property manager, Ms.Anna. It’s overwhelming how caring she is. Any questions or concerns big or small she will go out of her way to help. She truly makes the difference. Now onto the apartment... I’ve spent countless peaceful mornings on my patio looking over the beautiful landscapes (maintained consistently) that bring nothing but privacy, comfort and safety. ALL of the staff are friendly, efficient and most of all compassionate. Anytime something would fall into the garbage disposal they were right there to help grab it out and have a little laugh with me (like when they pulled out my wine topper lol). When I had a problem with my fridge they exchanged it within literal hours with a brand new stainless steal one that was BEAUTIFUL! I have been constantly pleased with the strong sense of community here. Some of my neighbors have lived here 20+ years! Not to mention the huge in-ground pool and the fact your close to major highways, movie theaters, restaurants, the gym and so much more! This IS home, a one of a kind gem. Words can not express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to live in such a special neighborhood as Jamestown Square Apartments. DO NOT MISS OUT! :)

One of the most quietest places to live. Great staff and reliable. Close to everything and the high ways. Huge balcony’s and rooms that are fully furnished. Personal parking spot. Amazing !! So glad we moved to this apartment complex as Newley weds !
