Bit creepy at night because of what happened in 2010 but it's fine... So one night December14th 2010 a little girl is kidnapped and taken to the road area in the park she is scared she runs away and gets hit by a car the two men run after her seeing her dead body on the ground, They decided to see who was in the vehicle but nobody was there that night was scary for me if you go out on the road at the time she was hit 11:29 PM you will hear her laughter.

It varies for each space depending on what you agree to when you buy your mobilehome. My sister lives there and i think for about $1000-$1100 it includes your space rent, gas&electric, water, trash, sewer, and even basic cable. And she owns a 2 bathroom 3 bedroom mobilehome. Its about 1400 square feet. Has a washer&dryer but the park also has coin laundry if you need. And she has a lovely yard and porch too.

Yes. They go fairly fast so best to drive the park or talk directly with the office.
