Booked my rental car only to arrive to zero inventory and they gave us a vehicle that wasn’t even in the size range I booked THAT DIDNT HAVE A WORKING DRIVERS AIRBAG (not sure how it’s even legal for them to give this out to people). Best part is, they processed my card without my approval and enterprise management completely ghosted me. Avoid enterprise at all costs as I’m sure other rental car agencies do a MUCH better job at renting cars that have basic safety features available.

If it weren't for Tevin & Will at this Enterprise bending over backwards for me and my family, we would've been stranded with diminishing resources in California nearly 700 miles from home. On a brief trip to L.A. for my wife, our family vehicle's engine overheated and smoked like all get-out. Water hoses & pump, radiator, and headgasket were all shot. Our van was a total loss. After completing our business in the city and getting help from amazing people with our hotel, Uber, restaurants, the auto repair shop, and everything in between, there was still the matter of getting back to Salt Lake City since our family van wasn't returning with us. Tevin came and picked me up from the repair shop and took me to the Enterprise, and Will helped to negotiate my contract on the rental vehicle at a price that made it possible for me to cover on my credit card and return the vehicle one-way. Without that added help, I don't even know what we would've done. The rental car, a late model Nissan Pathfinder, was comfortable and provided enough room for me, my wife, our 3-year-old son, and all of our possessions from our minivan. These guys saved us. In the future we absolutely intend to use Enterprise rental vehicles for any out-of-state excursions because of the example set by these gentlemen at the Rosemead Enterprise. I would trust Enterprise to look out for my best interest whenever I need a vehicle to get somewhere, but I don't trust my own vehicle to get us there. :)
