Highly disappointed in my experience so far at this residence. I moved in and the apartment was filthy. Carpets weren't cleaned, food from the previous tenant on the floor, and many damages. They delayed our move in date to correct these concerns and they were never corrected. When we submitted the photos to request maintenance and cleaning they responded "nothing looks wrong. we'll keep your photos on file." I will be highly disappointed if they do not correct these issues. Posting a review seems to be the only way to be taken seriously.

Forget about sleeping in here! The landscaping crew consistently wakes me up at 7-8am (even Saturdays!) I’ve never been woken up early so many times in one complex. The leaf blowers are among the loudest ive ever heard and they fire them up right next your door window at 7am sharp! Its a nightmare here. Also homeless steal mail and dig in the garbage quite often. Lost $100’s in missing amazon packages. Did i mention the pools been closed for 10 months? Update: its 9:40 am and I’ve been awaken by an extremely loud leaf blower that wont stop for hours. Worse place ive ever lived hands down!!!!!
