Horrible service from the food counter. Fire them all asap!

I placed my order and did not select lettuce to be put on my sandwich. I saw them add it and told them I didn’t request it to be added. They opened the sandwich to confirm there was lettuce and on the ticket didn’t have it on there. But instead of making me a new one she just wrapped up the same one with lettuce still on it and handed it to me. Terrible service.

Went to the store this morning about 9:5-0 am. I ordered a egg sub we wanted extra eggs. I hit special request so I could tell the person that I wanted extra eggs. Went and paid for everything. When I went to pick the sub up I told the girl that it needed to have extra eggs. She told me nobody told her. She never asked what the special request was.

This place deserves a better review I come here three times a day. They try very hard to keep the lines down, about 80 percent of the employees make me feel welcome. The food is almost always good. But I mean if there’s a problem let them know they will fix it. They even got the kids to stop coming in and trashing the place.
