Ive been coming to this place for years! I stopped for a year due to the customer service .. when I stopped by 1 day a lil over a year ago that issue seemed to have been resolved & rejoined HOWEVER this year, after kate & some of the other girls left, customer service has declined again! I'm going to finish this month & go elsewhere! 78$ a month is steep to be treated poorly & feel uncomfortable going in! They are argumentative & not very knowledgeable on their products & or how customer service works! Hopefully management can get things back on track this month bc I love the location! I would be more then willing to speak to a DISTRICT MANAGER This place hasn't been run this poorly in years! 7+ minutes to wait to get into the bed is unacceptable especially with the 24hr and 1 minute rule! It's not like they don't make a boat load of money every time that door opens to where they can't afford to have more then 1 person working! This will be my last month! There's an issue every time I go in

I have been going to the Belair Road location for years and when Lexy left, who was fabulous we then had Kate. I just loved her. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. I truly wish she was not transferred. I love the staff but, I really miss her.

I had a great experience. Palm Beach Tan is very sufficient compared to other tanning places I have had memberships with. The customer service representative Kate was amazing! She was very detailed and specific about Covid rules/sanitation, the contract, what tanning bed/time would be best for my skin. Her thoroughness made me feel at ease and she made herself available for me if I needed anything during my time there. Abby was another representative working and was very kind. Thanks Kate for being very social and doing a great job!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Not to mention the salon is very clean! I had a hard time deciding on which lotion to get because I did not want to fork out the money and the salon employee was very helpful in letting me smell the different lotions that were compatible to the Miss Designer lotion i had my heart set on. I ended up buying the one I wanted anyway (Miss Designer), but was able to justify it because they gave me free upgrades and a spray tan! How Awesome!!!! Definitely worth going to. You may may a little more but you're also getting quality.
