Today I stopped by to pickup romaine and other fresh veggies to make a salad and I couldn’t believe the quality of the lettuce and fresh bell peppers. I have purchased better quality lettuce at Walmart before. This particular Sprouts has really gone downhill lately, I don’t know if there’s a new produce manager or they just can’t get good quality produce anymore.

I am totally disgusted with the level of "customer service" I received from the Deli Manager and Store Manager Erik at Sprouts. I arrived at the deli at 12:45pm and placed my order. I waited, waited and waited patiently. Seven additional that customers came after me placed their sandwich orders and received THEIR orders before me. I walked up to the Deli Manager Nancy at 1:30pm to check the status of my sandwich. She said she doesn't know the status and went back to make sandwich #8 (yes I was counting). I then thought I would go upfront and speak with the Store Manager ..but even THAT was a waste of time!! Erik the so called "Store Manager" was ringing up groceries and acted as if I was bothering him. Please keep in mind there was no customer but me. I explained my sandwich situation to him, he continued to ring up the groceries, bagged them then walked off. After several minutes he returned and said because I wanted my bread toasted and because there is only one panini grill it took a while. THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND HORRIBLE LIE!!! He continues to say; none of the other 8 sandwiches asked for their to be toasted ..and even if that were TRUE it takes not even 5mins to toast a sandwich! He made it sound like it was this culinary special skill. Plus list time remember you are supposed to follow the orders in order. That's basic a** knowledge. I don't know if I should mention the fact I'm black and this happened on Juneteenth ..or maybe they did this on purpose??, The lack of care and customs service was absolutely disgusting and hateful to the cores of hatred. Board & Brew is a little bit more expensive but at least they treat EVERYONE with respect and they fast. A HOUR for a basic toasted sandwich!! These MF like they were making homemade ramen noodles. They are lucky I can't find or know the regional manager.

I went to Sprouts for deli meats. The store was clean. I was the only one in line for deli meat but I felt I had to wait a little longer than I expected to. Also, I guess I was expecting the deli products to be packaged as I have seen them at other Sprouts locations. Other sprouts locations actually put the meat not in one big pile, but spread out in a stepping fashion... Meaning, the deli product fills out the deli bag width-wise, And they're separated nicer (one slice is halfway on top of another slice and so on)... That way the pile is not so high, it fits in the bag better and it fits in a refrigerator drawer better. I guess I should not have assumed that it was the common practice for Sprouts to lay out the deli meat the same way in packaging. I like it better when there's NOT one heaping pound of slices one on top of the other. It's also a nicer presentation to me as the customer. However, the Boars Head products are fabulous 🙂

My pick up order was cancelled without explanation, so I decided to just take myself in to shop the list. It was actually quite difficult to find everything, the store has their workers restocking during peak shopping hours, and some things are not logically where you would expect them to be. Counter service here is interesting, they take your order and then you run around grab everything else you need and your order will be ready for you to grab on your way to the register. Maybe this is normal and I've just been shopping at the wrong stores, but this was really the only positive aspect to this store. When I went to check out my order was $50 more than it would have been had I gotten the pick up order, which was actually quite shocking. The clerk was able to swipe a 10$ off coupon, which was quite nice and another positive, but did quite make up for the price discrepancy. I won't be going back to this Sprouts until they figure their system out.
