Sad story!!! I don’t normally get crabs from Baltimore city! It’s always a mess as I’m originally from Baltimore. I was in the Area and herd this was a decent place to get crabs. I saw the reviews on line and they were pretty great. I even called a friend that lives in the area to asked if he ever got crabs here. He said his only issue was they use to much seasoning . I decided to give them a try…… Well my friends I’m so sorry to report that these crabs were trash! I mean it’s like they literally used my wallet to clean out their freezer. I got there yesterday (Wednesday) at 230. U would think I would get a batch of fresh crabs since I was the first costumer! Every single crab in the bag was GREY INSIDE!!! Meat soft and shells so soft a kitten could easily snap them open. They were also very light in weight!! Just an all around mess!! all crab eaters know what these things means!! These crabs were VERY OLD and likely somewhere frozen!! I got the special 2 for 50 and 1 dozen XL which was also $50 per dozen. The crabs were pretty much the same size. They definitely should not be selling these crabs as XL even in the best of condition. Shown in the pics the one with 2 crabs side by side. One from each bag . The regular and the XL. I live an hr away and it was rush hr so of course I wasn’t going all the way back there. I was so disappointed ☹️ In the condition of these crabs and the waste of $100 bucks! It’s sad where ever business lands in black communities the quality of the product is so poor! It’s because we accept it!! How on earth can they be selling this garbage and folks be leaving good reviews. I doubt 3 dozen bad crabs were an accident!! What ever they didn’t sell the last time they were open is probably what I got and I’m sure that’s a normal practice. I often take friends from different parts of the country to visit Maryland crab houses because of course Maryland has a reputation for great crabs!! How embarrassed I would hv been if this was one of those times. It’s sad that you can’t even trust these reviews!! I’m amazed!! I truly am! Well I got swindled out of my money by Baltimore again 🤦🏾‍♀️ . It may happen again because I try to be fair in my judgment and give businesses from my city a fair shake. Sadly it usually doesn’t work ok well. I’ll tell u one thing it won’t happen again here!! STEER CLEAR FOLKS!! YOU WILL DEFINITELY WASTE MONEY AND POSSIBLY BE POSITIONED!
